Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I am working on my own EP!!! Finally, and I'm so excited about it.

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: I now a handful of people on SoundBetter. If you looking for male singers check out Ario, Lil Eddie Serrano & Jimmy Burney. If you're looking for production, mixing, mastering check out David Anthony and Devine Evans. They are all really good friends of mine and we've all made music together.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital is more user friendly in my opinion.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: We will get it done!

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I love the creative freedom and being my own boss. I get to create all day and set my own schedule. I get to meet and collaborate with people from all over the world to create music that brings joy!

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: Can you write me another song like "Fuego" and I say ABSOLUTELY! Lol

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: The biggest misconception is that it is a cheap process. A lot of people want music or the services for free or at a very cheap rate. My advice is if you're serious, to save up and invest in yourself. Scared money don't make no money.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: How can we make magic together?

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Clear communication about your creative vision is super important, especially if you want something very specific. However, sometimes it's okay to let go and allow for creative input. You never know how someone else can make your idea grow. Stay open to the feedback.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: My "career" started at the age of 4... lol... the moment I opened my mouth to sing my first song was the moment I knew I wanted to do this and I began to self develop through the years. My first big opportunity was singing lead vocal as a Bratz Cartoon character and the follow up was a platinum record for my contributions on J Cole's Born Sinner album... and it kept growing from there.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: Missy Elliiot and Toni Braxton inspire me to keep going. They both have health barriers that are dear to my heart but keep going anyway. J Lo is a huge inspiration at 50 years old, still looking amazing and doing her thing... she shows me whats possible when you love yourself and work hard.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: Recently, I contributed background vocals on the "Firm and Strong" single by reggae artist Popcaan. I'm especially proud of this one because it has a strong message about persisting and overcoming the ups and downs of life. We are living in challenging times right now and listeners can benefit from a song with that type of message/vibe.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: My laptop, focusrite interface and Blue Mic.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: Smooth and sensual ear candy

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: Cardi B. She is the first latina rapper to ever conquer the industry game and is breaking/setting so many records. She is also extremely authentic and true to the game.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Follow your instinct and be open to feedback, this allows for your creativity to grow.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Pop, Hip Hop, R&B, Tropical, Latin, Reggaeton, Rock, etc.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: I think the ability to record and engineer my own sessions puts me ahead of the game as a singer/songwriter. This increases my level of productivity and ability to have a quick turn around when working remotely.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: Great melody and well thought out, catchy lyrics delivered with a soothing pop vocal.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I think about writing all day long. I'm inspired by life and everything around me. I think about concepts, lyric lines, words that attract me. It's all foreplay for the creation of a great song. Sometimes I will hear/create melodies and present it to my production partners or vice versa, the production partners have the beat and need lyrics/melody.

A: Demo songs for other artist. (Note: I record myself as well.) Write lyric and melody for female/male songs.
