I specialise in playing, producing, engineering. mixing and mastering melodic classic and modern rock in my own studio.
As well as guitar I carry out song arrangement, drum programming, keyboards (including orchestral arrangements), backing vocal arrangements, mixing and mastering. I specialise in taking a song idea and developing it into a market ready production. I can sub-hire world class singers if necessary.
I had 8 years of classical piano tuition before dedicating myself to guitar at the age of 15.At the same age I discovered a life-long fascination with the recording process and have had my own studio in one form or another since 1985. In 1989. together with Robin McAuley. I wrote Michael Schenker's biggest US hit Anytime which reached number 6 in the Billboard Top 100 charts. I have worked with many high profile musicians over the years and my specialist genres are melodic classic and modern rock.
