Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I have some clinets who asked some metal song for their projects.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I'd say digital, because it is faster and easy to use. Also as of now I do not have enough space for analog gear. But I would like to use some analog gear in the future.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That they will be 100% satisfied with my work and that I would put 500% of my effort and passion on it.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The creativity process behind it. I can shape the music my clients have in their head to a concrete song.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: "Do you have an example of what you have in mind?" and "What is your budget?" are the one who comes to my mind right now.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I would say, be as clear as much when you ask for a service like this and more importantly, be kind and patient with the person you are speaking, because he\she is going to bring the best of what you are asking them.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old, and after many years I went down into the recording path. Now I am here recording and producing songs for everyone who needs my services.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Generally is modern metal. I can vary in other genre but my main genre is modern metal.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I would say patience and will of learn.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I will bring energy and definitely I will bring all my passion in it.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I usually start with an idea from my guitar playing. I put down some riffs and then from there I build up the full song. Usually after the guitar, I write the drum part, then the bass and finally all the synths and filling instruments I like.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My setup is really simple and small, but it does the job for me. I have a pair of KRK Rokit 4 connected to my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. A DI box from Samson that works super good with my Ibanez and an ASUS Rog 702 laptop as my main pc. I will upgrade everything I can as soon as possible, but for now this is working pretty well.
