Producer / Drummer / Ableton

Mason is a career session drummer and producer, working with Angus and Julia Stone, 070 Shake, NOTD, Young Oceans, Paul Baloche, Lone Bellow, Broadway's Kinky Boots, The Prom, Lion King and Waitress; having programmed Ableton backing tracks for Little Shop of Horrors and others, and is writer/producer of ambient duo "slowave."

Growing up in Austin, TX, he spent 13 years in NYC and Brooklyn, before moving to Nashville, where he currently lives with his wife and sons. He works out of his studio where he writes for slowave and various sync projects, and records drums.
He has also had the privilege of being the drummer on Broadway's Kinky Boots, The Prom, and RENT (Off-Broadway). And has additionally worked with Bibi Bourelly, Aaron Lee Tasjan, The Discovery Channel, Lewis Capaldi, The Last Royals, All These Small Moments, Walking Shapes, Annaleigh Ashford, Shacks and Palaces, and Matt Doyle.
Mason is also an Ableton programmer, and has programmed the tracks on the current production of Little Shop of Horrors, as well as La Jolla Playhouse’s FLY, Pretty Woman London, Young Oceans, The Last Royals and many others.
He has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Late Late Show with James Cordon, The Wendy Williams Show, LIVE with Kelly and Ryan, and Live at Lincoln Center, along with countless US and European tours.
