Clean, reliable audio editing, mixing, and mastering to help projects sound finished and professional.
Off Leash Audio is a small home studio providing mixing, mastering, and audio production support for music projects and independent artists. I work with musicians who want their tracks to sound balanced, cohesive, and ready for release across platforms.
My approach is practical and detail-oriented, focusing on translating the artist’s intent while ensuring clarity, impact, and consistency. I handle projects hands-on, from session prep through final deliverables, with an emphasis on communication and realistic expectations.
Whether you need a final mix, a clean master, or help bringing a project across the finish line, I’m happy to take a look.

Interview with Off Leash Audio
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: A hybrid approach. Digital for flexibility and precision, with analog tools used selectively for tone, depth, and character when it serves the song.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Come in with clear goals and references, and be open to feedback. The best results happen when the artist and engineer are aligned on intent, not just volume or loudness.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Clean, balanced, and song-focused, with an emphasis on clarity and translation rather than heavy-handed processing.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Identifying what a track needs to feel finished and making clear, practical decisions to get it there.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start by reviewing the artist’s references and goals, then focus on balance, tone, and translation across systems. I share a draft for feedback, make focused revisions, and deliver final files once everything feels cohesive and ready.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work out of a treated home studio using a modern DAW-based workflow with high-quality monitoring and a reliable analog front end. My setup is optimized for accurate mixing, mastering, and efficient remote collaboration.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I primarily work on mixing and mastering music for independent artists, helping them balance, refine, and finalize tracks for release. I also assist with session prep and light production support when needed.
