  2. A: Always listen to what your client wants.

  4. A: Not the same from yesterday nor tomorrow.

  8. A: Both, because I like both.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: That I'll give my best to achieve his or her best.

  12. A: That everyday is a different day because I'm doing what I love to do.

  14. A: Q: "Can we sound like...(insert megastar here)?" A: "We can sound as the best version of you inspired on whatever you want"

  16. A: That every move mainly a technical skill.

  18. A: What inspired them to do their music.

  20. A: Look for the one who respect your vision and can add an extra to it.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I started about 20 years ago mixing live shows and about 10 at the studio (last 5 years more dedicated)

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: Hopefully the style that the client needs, I try not to put my signature on it, but to enhance the artist signature.

  27. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  28. A: Client communication

  29. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  30. A: Hopefully excitement and motion.

  31. Q: What's your typical work process?

  32. A: Producing: Create a concept to follow through out the music. Recording: Get the concept and putting the mics and pres in order to achieve that. Mixing: Grab the same concept and polish the ideas with an aesthetics driven process.

  33. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  34. A: My studio setup it's designed to record properly (good instruments, mics, pres, A/D/A and monitoring) and to mix easily and creatively, so I choose to mix 98% in ITB for a fast and accurate recall of all the process. And of course a Coffee Machine.

  35. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  36. A: I learn and get inspired from every client, with fresh or classics ideas... of course there are many inspiring people, but they are too many to list them.

  37. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  38. A: Commit to help them develop their vision with technical and artistic skills and proposals, understanding that is their music, not mine, I'm here just to help accomplish what is in their mind.

  39. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  40. A: A variety of genders but mostly Reggae, Dancehall, Rap, Trap and Latin Music.
