Joakim was a pleasure to work with, great communicator, very clear on direction and gave me the right space to do my magic. I had the pleasure of arranging an old blues song into a bluegrass format. His orchestra, 'The Hayde Bluegrass Orchestra' are phenomenal, I feel very privileged to have worked with such a beautiful band.
