Recording, Mixing & Mastering

My main point is: I want to provide a very pleasant experience for the listener. I want to keep the sound natural and dynamic within the frames of the appropriate musical genre. Two works I'm very proud of: 'Colm Egan - Songs of Healing' (2018, singer-songwriter, rock-blues) and my own last project, 'Attila & Friends - Identity' (2018, bluegrass)

New Home Recording is a small and independent music production service based in Augsburg, Germany.
The name comes from one of my own albums 'New Home', trying to symbolize the fact that I started as a home recording artist before I began to work for other musicians.
I'm a qualified audio engineer, I finished my education in Budapest, Hungary at the Hungarian Radio in 2002.
I've been working as a live mixer in different clubs and for various bands and I've been doing recordings myself since 1998 where we finished our first album with my punk rock band. Punk rock was my first genre I was specialized in but later on I turned to acoustic music myself and since 2006 I've been specializing more for folk, bluegrass and singer-songwriter genres.
My experience in both rock, punk and metal on one hand and acoustic & world music on the other hand proved very useful for most of my clients.
All the mixing and mastering process is made in the digital platform, there's only one A/D converting process at recording. I work with Nuendo for recording and mixing and Sequoia for mastering and I use plugins from IK Multimedia, Waves, Klanghelm, Duende SSL, Lexicon, Sonnox Oxford, URS, etc.
