Recorded the band J.A.P.A.N. in Blackbird Studio D
I was trained at The Blackbird Academy to be an audio engineer. I am able to record bands on consoles and understand the utility of what studios have to offer, in order to get the most out of a studio session. I don't have a studio currently but I will engineer at any studio in Nashville, TN for $150/day. My goal is to get the best, most organic sound when I record and mix. Energy takes the path of least resistance and if sound is energy then it should do the same. I like to capture the sound and mix with the mind set of a listener that is sitting right in front of the performance. The Idea is to capture and recreate that experience being in the room!
