We got our track mastered by them which was a South indian hip hop track which was their taste of work as it was hip hop and with a new flavour which was our traditional indian music. With a lot of patience and in great speed they delivered us the track.Surely recommend for mastering.

My music joirney crossed with Proto Mixing thanks to instagram, so I tried to send them a mix to master. From that moment i stopped sending my mixes to other studios. What I found is exaclty what a Studio Engineer, for me, has to give to my works. Interview with Proto Mixing

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Minimalism at it's finest. Yamaha MSP5 Studio Monitors, Sennheiser HD650, JBL LSR310s subwoofer, AKG 271 MKII and Status Audio CB-1 Headphones. All perfectly calibrated and in the appropriate environment with acoustic treatment.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Turkish trap songs... But at the moment that you read this I might work on some Mexican Metalcore or Punjabi Music.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Why so fast? Are you using some automatic service like LANDR? Turnaround time depends on many factors such as complexity, number of other projects and strong will of an inspired engineer to work all day long on the song. Mastering can be received the same day. Mixing can be received the next day. But this doesn't mean that I did a trash work.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: People tend to ask for specific analog gear or DAW for now reason. 99% of a great result is a work of an engineer not the gear or software he is using. Use your ears to check the quality of sound, not eyes.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What's the goal of the song overall? What should listener feel while listening to your song? Can you provide a reference or do you leave it at our discretion?
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: For over 10 years already. I started with helping my producers friends and then gradually started to work for some reward. While doing this I participated in various mixing and remix contests to develop my skills.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Mike Shinoda. Because of his incredible production talent.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Don't know anyone so far but would love to get in touch with people who can sing for my clients'
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. But mostly digital. Because this is just an audio signal after all.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will never vanish with your money. That means that I will do all I possibly can to your track until you are completely satisfied.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Two. Laptop and headphones.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Rich bass and top clarity of the mix without hurting listener's ears or his speakers
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Record it right first and leave the rest to an engineer
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: It's Hip-Hop for some reason but my skills are capatible of processing such genres as Pop, Rock, Trap, Future Bass, House, Trance, Hardcore, Hardstyle and Techno. Actually no restrictions. Just send a reference.

A: I can deliver the highest quality results in the shortest amount of time
