$400 per day for recording full band. (Some Hip-Hop or V.O. artists may prefer this recording space.
$400 per day for mixing and mastering any genre. (This could be 5-15 songs depending on the condition)
$100-$300 for Hip-Hop Instrumental.
$100-$300 for Hip-Hop, Pop, Country song writing.
