  1. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  2. A: Editing - no money can buy that "plugin".

  3. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  4. A: Sam Skaf, he is great Mastering engineer!

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: Digital. It is less problematic.

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: I will fix anything that sounds wrong to me!

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: I doesn't feel like a job!

  11. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  12. A: That everything can be fixed in the mix!

  13. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  14. A: Please send me your rough mix and I will let you know what I can do for you!

  15. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  16. A: Sennheiser MD421, Strat, JCM800, solar panels, AC :D

  17. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  18. A: Long and painful LOL.

  19. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  20. A: Steve Lukather! This guy worked with everyone!

  21. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  22. A: Don't be afraid to experiment!

  23. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  24. A: Rock, Funk, Jazz, Blues.

  25. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  26. A: Well trained ears. Interesting effects. Dynamic range.

  27. Q: What's your typical work process?

  28. A: I don't have work process. Each song is different and unique. One thing I always do is listen!

  29. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  30. A: My main monitors are Revel M20, 2-ways speakers set for stereo and surround sound in acoustically treated room. I also use Dahlquist PDQ-1500 Subwoofer, Avanton MixBox and Sennheiser HD600 Headphones.

  32. A: Musicians: Nick Cave, Miles Davis, Norah Jones, Wolf Alice, Meg Myers, Sam Brown,Tori Amos, France Gall, Marek Bilinski, Vangelis, Marillion, Rush, Iron Maiden, Toto, John Williams, J.S. Buch!!! Music production professionals: Steve Albini, Martin Birch, Bob Clearmountain, Rick Rubin, Daniel Lanois, Brian Eno, George Massenburg.

  34. A: Listining!
