Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: Tokyo-based Hiromori Aso's sound draws deep inspiration and influence from late 2000s classic euphoric trance, focusing on catchy, simple yet emotional melodics and high-octane production, eschewing the complexity favored by many of his Japanese peers in favor of pure liquid bliss. A chance internet discovery led Hiromori to production in his early twenties through the seminal program Sony ACID Pro 7, and he began to learn on his own, releasing his debut track just a year later on Pulsar Recordings. Since then, he's continued to expand, with tracks on Monster Tunes, DS-R (Enhanced), and more, as well as a collab with Ukrainian star Dima Krasnik on Always Alive Recordings (Enhanced), and inclusion on high profile Black Hole Recordings albums. In December 2021, he made waves across the Japanese trance scene with his epic release Future Wings, out on Giuseppe Ottaviani's GO MUSIC imprint. Hiromori's tracks are caned by many of the world's DJ elite, including Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Sean Tyas, Allan Watts, Ferry Tayle, and more.

A: Emotional and powerful sound style

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Listen carefully to excellent music that you like. Then analyze the differences between your music and theirs. You will find missing parts or parts of low quality. Then focus on those areas. In any case, the time you spend in the studio is not important. You can improve your skills the most by concentrating and thinking about what you are doing.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Uplifting Trance / Progressive Trance / Ambient Chill out

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: Strong intro (outro) and beautiful climax part. And I'm also good at the piano part of Breakdown.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: First of all, you must first share with me the genre you are looking for and the music you are referring to. About 3-5 reference songs would be perfect. Then, based on that, tell me specifically what kind of sound design and feeling you are looking for. If you already have an idea or MIDI for the main melody, please share it. We need to have this kind of careful discussion. I will then produce the first DEMO (main part). This will take about 1-2 weeks. If you want any corrections or changes, feel free to share them with me. If the first DEMO is satisfactory to you, I will continue to work on the second DEMO. This will take about 1-2 weeks. If the 2nd DEMO needs any modifications, please let me know. I will then do the final mixing and mastering and provide you with the Extended Mix and Radio Edit. Please provide me with as many references as possible to make the work go smoothly. You will also need to tell me exactly what kind of mood you want the song to have. I look forward to working with you so that I can provide you with the best quality music for you.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: I am greatly influenced by Producers of many different genres. Club music requires different production skills for different genres. However, they are basically the same, so I actively incorporate the best parts.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: I specialize in Ghost production and Remix. And I can provide strong and beautiful melody lines for you. Furthermore, I am also good at mastering and mixing.
