My name is McKenzie Knapps. I'm from Louisiana, but I live in Nashville Tennessee. My love for music has always been very prominent. I started singing with a live band by the time I was 8, and won VH1's reality show "I Know My Kid's A Star" by the time I was 9. Shortly after, I was offered the opportunity for a promising spot on a Disney show. I vividly remember praying about it at just 13, and coming to the conclusion that God didn't want me in Los Angeles at the time. I went home to lead a regular life for the rest of my childhood. I continued to pursue my dream quietly, and realized music is truly where my heart lies. I had began visiting Nashville, TN when I was 14. In my last glorious as a teenager, I found myself having to make 11 trips in one year from Louisiana to Nashville. At that point, my mom and I decided I needed to make the move from Louisiana to Nashville. I've been hear for almost a year now, and things have been going great! I've gained so much knowledge and simply walked into so many beneficial relationships with talented, successful people out here recently! I believe helping others is the number one way to make it in this town. Whether it be my personal talent that I have to offer or connecting you with a friend that would be a better fit, my job is to make sure you love the product!
