I am an independent Colombian Singer-Songwriter, Marca Colombia Artist and Member of the Chancellery Artistic Portfolio. I love to sing (I'm a soprano), do songs (Latin-Pop mainly) and write lyrics (English and Spanish)! “She has without a doubt, one of the greatest voices that have emerged from Colombia in the past years” Rolling Stone Magazine.
I have two bands where I sing and compose, Ságan (Electro-Pop) and Suricato (Avant-garde Colombian Jazz). I released my soloist project entitled MONTAÑERA (Latin-Alternative) last year, recorded and produced in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
7 of my 9 recorded albums have been included on "Top 10 Albums of the Year" in specialized magazines such as Semana, KEXP, Rolling Stone, Vice, amongst others. With my bands we've been invited to play in more than 10 countries, we've performed more than 300 shows, and we've also done more than 10 workshops on Songwriting with Colombian traditional rhythms. We've been invited to play at: Festival Estéreo Picnic, Mutek (Colombia), Free Flow Fest (Italy), Lollapalloza (Colombia), Estéreo Beach, MaMA Festival (France), Smithsonian Museum (USA), KEXP (USA), SXSW (USA), Kennedy Center (USA), Jazz al Parque (Colombia), Festival de Jazz de Buenos Aires (Argentina), and others.
