The Danish DJ and music producer Lynx discovered music production and DJ'ing already at the age of 12 years old. Heavily inspired by a mix of Reggae, Hip Hop and Dance music he started writing and producing music while DJ’ing at small events, birthdays ect. At the age of 20 years old he signed his first track to a German label, which sparked his interest in collaborating outside of Denmark.

This has since led the collaborations with international artists like Kris Kiss, Tim White, Lachi, GC (Gate Citizens), Jeremy Carr and many more, while his productions has been supported by some of the worlds biggest DJs like Don Diablo, Showtek, Danny Avila, DJs From Mars ect.
Lynx has been involved in a ton of remixes but most notably is the official remix of the legendary song "What Is Love" by the 90's icon Haddaway, which later got him nominated as ”Best Remix of the Year” at the Danish Deejay Awards.

Recently the single ”Friend” were selected as ”Top Track of The Week” on the Danish radio station The Voice and were later picked up by several radios and resulted in both DJ mixes and interviews on the radio. The British music magazine We Rave You wrote an article about Lynx and his latest single ”Come Put It On Me” that were also premiered on the largest Danish radio P3.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I have once remixed "What Is Love" by Haddaway. The whole legal situation between labels took a lifetime, but in the end it got officially released, topped the charts and got nominated as Best Remix of the Year. That I'm proud of.

  6. A: Digital. Because Batman or Superman?

  8. A: I will do my best!

  10. A: Peoples reactions. Wether it's possitive or negative I still got a reaction.

  12. A: People ask what I do, I do music!

  14. A: Always ask for reference tracks.

  15. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  16. A: Tell as much as possible. The more of your thoughts I know, the closer the end result will be to want you want.

  22. A: Both Diplo and DJ Snake are huge inspirations for me. It would be an honor for me to work with them some day.

  24. A: Don't overthink! Just do it (Sounds like a Nike commercial, but it's true)

  28. A: Drums!

  30. A: For most of the time I bring the whole production.

  32. A: I usually do as much as I can in as little time as possible to catch the vibe. Then I come back and clean up the project and finish it.

  34. A: Logic X and and bunch off plug-ins and samples!
