I'm a mixer and recording engineer based out of eastern Connecticut. I specialize in rock, punk, and metal music but will bring my enthusiasm and skill to any project. Your music deserves to sound its best!
I've been recording and mixing for 7 years, beginning with my own compositions to eventually taking on clients. In the past year, I've worked as an assistant engineer at Power Station New England studios for clients including Sam Nitsch, Pete Greco, and Queen Latifah, while studying under chief engineer Evan Bakke. My personal clients include CT locals included Quarterly, Roseate, 3 AM Headlights, and Waking Up Now.
I primarily work out of Samuel I. Ward Audio Studios at the University of Hartford, equipped with an Audient ASP8024 console, a vast mic selection of Shure, Telefunken, and AKG mics, outboard preamps, and Pro Tools. I prefer to record source material as close to the final sound as possible so clients can easily know what the final mix will sound like. I can mix any project remotely from there or my own project studio to get your songs sounding energetic and clear in a matter of several days.
