I'm a session Guitarist from Melbourne, Australia. I've recently decided to provide my services online. Over the years I've collected what I consider to be a great collection of vintage and modern equipment, to help you get "that" sound. Formally I've studied "Jazz/Contemporary", however, throughout my career I've covered countless styles!

Over the past decade, Mathew Robb has established himself as one of Melbourne’s highly demanded freelance guitarists. Mat's versatility, professionalism, and ability to adapt to many different musical environments, have all been aspects that have kept this young musician busy for so long. Mat has performed at events such as Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Darwin Music Festival, and Melbourne International Arts Festival and has had music he has co-written featured commercially for a “BONDS" advertisement and for television series “Idiot Box”. Mat’s versatilely was displayed, when he was asked to MD for the 2017 Multicultural Arts Victoria “vision” album release, which catered for a variety of musicians from different genres and different musical experiences.
Mat has recorded electric, acoustic, lap steel, pedal steel guitars for many artists, some of these include: Mojo Juju, Joelistics, Sensible Antixx Feat N'fa Jones, and L-Fresh the Lion, The Black Orchid String Band, So.Crates, Sello Moeffi, Miss Colombia, Safire (BBA), Zii Music, MOPOKE, Rat Child, Nardia, Miss Niasha, MWA, Mariam Sawires, ORA, Sammy Owen Blues Band, and much more.
