Marlow on SoundBetter

I have been producing for 10 years. If you're searching an unique sound you've found the right guy! I mostly like RnB , soul and hip hop productions. I've studied mixing and production in one of the best school in Italy and I'm here to take your music to the next level!

Nice to meet you!

I define myself as very versatile. I provide a full production service and I always keep in contact with you during the job. I'm always interested about your taste and your feeling about the project.

I don't need extra money for revisions, I work for the perfect result!

For beat and production I always split royalties to 50/50
Usually I need 3 to 5 days for production and 1 to 2 days for mix

Tell me about your project and how I can help, through the 'Contact' button above.

Marlow really knows what he's doing and has been a pleasure to work with! He came up with brilliant ideas without much guidance and created a dope track for my song. Highly recommended!

Interview with Marlow

  1. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  2. A: I'm working at the "Creative Hub" studio, a co-working space opened with other producers, photographers, video-makers and painters. We stimulate each other everyday. We're building our recording studio implementing gear and improvements day by day. After one year together we have a very nice acoustic treated environment, some hardware for recording and the quality standard requirement tools like Apollo Audio interfaces and Focal Alpha 80 Monitors.

  3. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  4. A: My reference and inspiration figures are mainly Quincy Jones and Rick Rubin. Not only about the music but also about the personality. I find inspiration in everything I listen, see and do.

  5. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  6. A: I usually make the production that artists need. I'm versatile and I work with every type of musicians at my studio, so I can make every genre, even if I'm specialized on the Pop field. I make mix and mastering service too.

  7. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  8. A: Find someone who is interested in respecting and understanding your art and work

  9. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  10. A: This is my tenth year! I've started as a kid and studied when I realized it would be my way. Now I'm very confident with my work.

  11. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  12. A: Learn to understand what musical elements need. Don't make choice in your productions/mixes/masters only because you've seen on that tutorial or someone told you to do that.

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: Pop, Rap/Hip Hop, Rnb and Indie music are the most common work. Sometimes other genres.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

  16. A: It depends on the type of job and who I have in front of me, but I always need to understand the direction that I have to take and the client's tastes. I think that it's essential to respect the artistic vision of everybody.
