I'm a session bassist based in Nashville, TN, and my work spans genres like hip hop, pop, neo-soul, funk and rock. I love working with producers, beatmakers and artists who need effective bass grooves for their music, and I've developed a reputation for getting the job done quickly. In addition to fretted bass guitar, I also offer fretless and upright bass, as well as a variety of synth bass sounds. I'd be more than happy to create an original bass part for your music or to replay an existing bass line that you would like to have recorded on a real bass.

Charlie is a super dope and reliable bassist. He sounds great on upright and electric, and is one of the few bassists I've met that has spent some time developing unique, synthy sounds for his bass. Charlie always has been super responsive and timely with his recordings for me, and I'm always impressed with his professionalism.
