  1. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  2. A: I believe my strongest skill is being able to empathize with people and stories which make my work more authentic and honest.

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: Being able to tell stories and be a part of this great form of art which contributes to building a spiritually developed society.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: I've been doing this for approximately one and half years.

  7. Q: What's your typical work process?

  8. A: First I try to understand the concept or the theme that needs to be addressed. Do some background research if needed. I always make sure to discuss and clear the doubts with my collaborator. Then I sit with my piano or guitar with the voice recorder on. And I try to let small fragmnets of tunes to come out of me. And then I listen to them again and try to develop a composition from them.

  9. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  10. A: I work in a home studio with basic gear. But I prefer doing large scale recordings in a professional studio.

  11. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  12. A: I'm inspired by film/tv composers such as Alexander Desplat, Carter Burwell, Thomas Newman and Siddharth Khosla and singer/songwriters such as Jeff Buckley, Sufjan Stevens, Elliot Smith, Prateek Kuhad, and Alexi Murdoch.

  13. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  14. A: I provide music (soundtrack/songs) for films/visual media.
