Barney is a producer/engineer from London/Cornwall. Inspired by artists such as Amon Tobin, Aphex Twin, Nujabes and Robert Glasper.... With an overall love of music he is exited to work with artists of all styles.
He has a passion for music production which he has honed and learnt from studios such as British Grove, Suite TV and Soho Music Group. He has a wide array of equipment at his disposal. Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Hybrid! Digital can do so manny different things but analogue has characteristics that no emulator can top
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Everything! I love the creativity and how varied it is alongside meeting all types of people.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I try and incorporate my style to what the client wants and needs. I try and talk with a client and use my skills to elevate a piece
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm greatly inspired Amon Tobin, Yoad Nevo, Yosi Horikawa and Brendan Angelides.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I usually get requested to do Mixing and Sound design. However I also enjoy when I get asked to do Produceing, Vocal Tuning and Editing.
