I am a singer-songwriter, with a BA (Hons.) degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering Degree from Point Blank Music School, Middlesex University, London. I have also had vocal training lessons for more than six years and have achieved distinction in my grade six vocal exams (ABRSM).
I provide female vocals, top line melody writing and songwriting (Lyrics and Melody) services on this platform. I have my own recording set up at home with a Neumann TLM 103 microphone, Universal Audio Arrow Interface, Logic Pro X and Native Instruments Komplete 12. I also provide unlimited revisions (to a reasonable extent) as I want my clients to be happy with the work that they paid for.

Interview with Aishia
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is a mixture between Alternative and Electropop. In the past my vocals have been compared with the likes of Billie Eillish and Lana Del Rey.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work in the Pop, Singer-songwriter and Alternative genres but I'm open to other genres as well.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is definitely songwriting. I've been writing songs for almost six years and I love the idea of being able to create something that had not existed in the world before.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I always try to bring a new perspective and give my 100 percent. I also bring a unique style with both my songwriting and vocals.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I usually prepare before I start recording. If I have to sing a song, I repeatedly listen back to it and make sure that I have it within my grasp. Warm ups and vocal exercises help a lot too. I also think about the emotions behind it and the feelings that have to be conveyed through the song. If I'm songwriting, I try to first improvise melodies and see what works, then I move on to the lyrics and try to match the mood of the melody or the beat (if it is provided).
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a Neumann TLM 103 microphone which I plug into the Universal Audio Arrow Interface. The DAW I use is Logic Pro X and I have various virtual instruments and plugins from Native instruments and Universal Audio.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm inspired by many types and genres of music. Some of my main influences are Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Billie EIllish, Lorde, Ed Sheeran, Rosalia, Stromae, Frank Sinatra, Ashe, Queen, The Beatles, Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan to name a few. I love to listen to movie soundtracks as well as instrumental music furthermore, I was also heavily influenced by Indian music because of my Indian roots.
