Achille Salvi

Groovy Session Drummer

Achille Salvi on SoundBetter

Drummer for Funk, Fusion, Soul, R'n'B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Country, Rock and Pop

Achille [Akille] is currently studying drumset at the Zurich University of the Arts (www.zhdk.ch). He started his musical career at the age of ten as a percussionist in the local youth brass band. At the same time he took drum lessons. A few years later, as a teenager, he founded the “Junggugga Moorschlümpf”, in which he was the general leader, drummer and trumpeter. As the drummer for the Chur cult band “Skafari”, he performed in Switzerland, Kenya and Brazil. After taking courses in orchestra conducting and choral conducting, he conducted a wind orchestra for several years. Achille made sound recordings, among other things, in his own recording room and during his teacher training. In addition to the drum set and percussion, he plays the piano and teaches music at secondary school. As a drummer, he feels particularly comfortable in those genres that are driven by a funky groove. Visit my Website for remote drm recording: https://salvi-music.ch/en/session-drummer/
