Luka mixed and mastered a song that I had been wanting to release for some time. My previous release did not have the best mixing, so with this track I was especially focused on having a great mix done. He was incredibly detailed and professional. It came out sounding absolutely wonderful.

Interview with Luka Nozza

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I produced a track for an upcoming artist for free, which got thousands of streams. He got signed a few days ago.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Producing 4 songs for different artists from different countries.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Nothing compares to analog sound, however I work with digital instruments and plugins, hoping that I will be able to afford analog gear very soon.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise them that I will be a helpful extension for them, to achieve their goal.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I like when a very simple idea turns into something I can listen to all day.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: I mostly give enough information, so they don't really have any questions.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That we are overpriced for what we do.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is the story behind and what kind of sound do they want to achieve.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Make sure you find someone who understands your vision for your project and can translate it musically.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: DAW, Guitar, Midi, Mic, Speakers.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been making music since I'm 17 years old. I've been voluntarily working for top producers to get mentored in return. After studying in Freiburg, Germany I acquired my bachelors degree in Jazz and Popular music. I've already been signed by a professional label, fronting the gala band "Nightunes", Participated in The Voice Of Germany 2018, released 2 self made albums and been working for artists from all over they world.

A: Inspirational, Emotional, Mellow, Unique.

A: Shawn Mendes, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't use plugins just because you have to, sometimes things sound better natural.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, Soul, RnB, Rock
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I dive deep into the song and creators ideas to bring the right amount of emotions and feeling to the surface. I record most of the instruments and backing vocals.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Presence and energy.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When I produce I start with recording chords and building up the structure. I try to keep things simple and amplify the spirit by using proper instruments in proper places. I like mixing while I build the arrangement, it makes my workflow much easier and faster.
