Luis Jimenez aka Hostility (previously known as DJ Host) is a producer, composer, and DJ from Medellín, Colombia who began his career in 2005.
He has worked with artists such as J Balvin, Maluma, Andy Rivera, Reykon, Jowell y Randy, Alexis y Fido, Zion Y Lennox, Ñejo Y Dálmata, Pipe Calderón, Dragon Y Caballero, Riko, Golpe A Golpe, Raphy (Erre XI), Clandestino Y Yailemm, Pasabordo among others. He has collaborated with producers such as Master Chris, Notty, Rifo Killa, Ivan Calderon, Denny Way, Alexander Dj, Kano The Monster, and Pipe Calderon.
Winner of the award for the best music producer in 2009 in the city of Medellín for the production of songs like and “Soltera” Zion y Lennox, Alberto Stylee, J Balvin, “La Novela” Reykon.
He also created the "Most Exclusives" project, a collective of music producers from Medellín.
mixing and mastering work for 574 Studio (formerly Infinity Music), which is the brainchild of DJ Pope, J Balvin's DJ and creative partner.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Trabajo para productores como Master Chris productor de puerto rico de mucho trayectoria en la industria, Dj Pope y su colectivo creativo 574 Studio, tambien Show Edits y remixes para J Balvin.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: El compromiso con mis clientes es tener el resultado que buscan, dando oportunidad a corregir dentro de los tiempos prudentes situaciones en sus producciones, para poder tener el mejor resultado.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Porque no los 2 ? son herramientas y si están disponibles usarlas ayudara a alcanzar diferentes resultados.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Mi consejo es : tener la sesión y tracks lo mas ordenado posible, cuantizado , afinado, y consolidado, sin procesos de compresion, ecualización o efectos como reverb o delay, para poder ubicar los sonidos de la mejor manera en la mezcla y que todo pueda acoplar mucho mejor.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Inicie muy joven, autoaprendizaje al inicio, luego tuve maestros productores con mucha experiencia dentro de la industria.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Una mala producción no se arreglara en el proceso de mezcla, el proceso creativo y de selección de sonidos es muy importante para tener un buen resultado.

A: Generos Urbanos, Reggaeton, Rap, Hip hop.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Mi setup es todo ITB, Focal Trio 6 + Focal Sub 6, Interface Universal Audio, Micronofo Bock Audio( Sound Delux ) 195, Avid Protools Dock. Protool Studio, Fl Studio.

A: Serban Ghenea, Jaycen Joshua, LunyTunes, Skrillex, Tainy.

A: Los trabajos mas comunes que realizo para los artistas es principalmente como productor musical e ingeniero de mezcla.
