I'm an internationally touring reed player with the California Honeydrops. I have years of experience as an improvisor, section player and arranger, in a variety of styles from Americana to Zydeco.

I've been playing sax and clarinet for almost 20 years. During my years of touring, I've shared the stage with Bonnie Raitt, Charlie Hunter and the Hamiltones, among many other great artists. My background is in jazz (studied music at Berklee), but I've spent years playing in soul and funk bands.

I can arrange horn parts, play and/or harmonize parts you've written, or record solos. I can guarantee that anything I give you will be in tune and have a good groove. I'm easy to work with and flexible, and I'll be happy to work with you until your needs are met.

leon was responsive as to when he was available and was able to delivery when he said he would. I'm a pretty selective guy so having options to choose from helps make my job easier. I requested an 8 bar intro and 8 bar outro and he gave 4 different pieces of each to choose from. solid, solid work!
