Aisha Kiara is a pop and R&B singer-songwriter based in Miami, FL. Much of her artistry and passion for music derive an exposure to a confluence of musical genres, but her work has planted its roots in soul, gracing the tones of traditional jazz. Between being raised in New York and South Florida, Aisha became a warm blend of cultural and musical ideas. Singing is her secret weapon to understand and harmonize the many facets of her identity.

Aisha Kiara’s inspirations, a melting pot of genres and music icons, reflect her upbringing in an ethnically diverse family. Her mother and father introduced her to the leading ladies of ‘90s hip hop R&B, with En Vogue, Janet Jackson, and Lauryn Hill at the helm. Her aunts showed her Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Doors, Korn, and Nine Inch Nails. Her grandmother gave her salsa and merengue. 1940's Jazz came soon after. In the nucleus of this mix lies a young woman who channelled everything she was hearing to perfect her soulful voice.

Aisha Kiara’s music is relatable because often it is baring the things that scare us that becomes most rewarding. Her songs about love and heartbreak pull from personal experiences and her strong interest in human empowerment and R&B culture.
