My approach to mixing is one of dedication and passion. My focus is enhancing the song(s) while aiding you every step of the way. When you sit down and think about it that's all mixing really is, Enhancing the vision someone else created.

I'm a 33 Year old Audio Engineer from Northwest Ohio. I have been involved with music since the age of 14 with background's in Metal, Rock and Alternative Rock. I started focusing heavily on the recording and mixing aspect in 2014 and have never looked back. While I don't have any major credits or awards to my name outside of local and independent talent, providing the best service to artist's is and always will be my #1 priority.

  1. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  2. A: Either or. If it sounds good it IS good.

  3. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  4. A: To do what it takes to proved the artist with a product we can both be proud of.

  5. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  6. A: There are a lot of artist's I would like to work with and their reputations and music they have made are reason enough. To name a few in the genres I primarily work in... -Dave Grohl -Mac Demarco -Kevin Gates

  7. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  8. A: Low cut is your friend. Balance is key.

  9. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  10. A: I usually work in the Indie, Rock and Hip Hop genres

  11. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  12. A: Being honest and communication. I take the time to listen to the vision the artist has and do my best to get them a song they and I can proud of..

  13. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  14. A: The ability to make an artist's vision come to life.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

A: After file management is complete and I have the session loaded into a mix template I usually take a Top-Down approach to mixing but that's not always the case because every song is different. I focus heavily on getting a good balance and deciding what the stereo and mono requirements will be before I even start with plugins. I feel my job is to enhance the the track you present me by taking it from "Point A" to "Point B" without straying away from the vision you as the artist have.

  18. A: I run a pretty straight forward in-the-box setup with Plugins from SSL, Izotope, Antares, Waves, and Slate.
