Franklin Kanyagia (born October 8, 2005), known professionally as YDC Bando is an American rapper, vocalist, and songwriter. After joining SoundCloud at age 13, he soon recruited former member YDC Jiji, and shortly after YDC Purpp. They soon released YDC Inc. Entertainment's first single "Love Me" in September of 2019. YDC Bando released his debut single "Drip Drip" with fellow YDC Inc. Entertainment artist Fidjou. The pair received acclaim after the song would go on to perform well. Drawing inspiration from artists like Drake, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby & Travis Scott, he continues to form his sound while maintaining a revolution.
Initially being born in the United States, in 2006 YDC Bando made the move to Toronto. At a young age, YDC Bando expressed interest in music and other creative ventures. This enabled him to surround himself with the necessary tools to succeed.
