Hi, My name is Liam Thomas. I's a singer and guitarist originally from South Wales now residing in Manchester UK. I've been a full time musician for over 10 years and a freelance session musician for the last 5.
I specialise in Rock, Folk, Blues, Gospel and singer-songwriter music but will generally lend a hand to most genres. I can write the melody or follow your pre-written melody if you prefer. I will provide dry stems for you to mix into your project as you like as well as a mix for you to listen to right away.

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I have a very good ear for harmonies and melodies.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I have a fairly unique 'raspy' vocal. I'm probably not the guy for a typical 'generic' pop song but I will bring a distinctive sound to your song if that's what you're looking for.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: If i'm following an already written melody, I will listen to the song over and over to get to know the feel. Perhaps I will listen to a number of singers my client may want me to take influence from. I'll then supply a complete take for my clients to listen to and if needed, provide feedback and revision requests. We will then go back and forth from there.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use Logic Pro with a Focusrite Audio interface and a Shure SM7b microphone. I have a good quality home vocal booth to record.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I sing high quality vocals for commercial of private use, either as a demo vocalist or to be used in the final production. I love writing melodies and harmonising but I can work with your whatever you need.
