  1. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  2. A: I just completed a custom song for SongFinch. Now I'm working on an instrumental song for sync placement.

  3. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  4. A: I will listen. I will communicate. I'll do my absolute best to bring your song to life.

  6. A: I love the process of creating something new and hopefully unique.

  7. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  8. A: that it easy!

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: Be precise in what you're looking for. Communicate! Don't be shy about your needs.

  11. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  12. A: Acoustic guitar, iPad

  13. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  14. A: I've been a performing artist/songwriter for decades. I started producing my own music about 10 years ago under the mentorship of local producer Chuck Mauk.

  15. Q: How would you describe your style?

  16. A: I have a classic rock upbringing. I love all styles of music...but as an artist I've been described as Pop-Americana.

  17. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  18. A: I want to work with any passionate artist that wants to put themselves out there for the world to see.

  20. A: Listen to your client.

  21. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  22. A: All genre. But specialize in Americana

  23. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  24. A: songwriting and vocals are my strongest skills

  25. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  26. A: Besides production and customs lyrics, I add melody line vocals.

  27. Q: What's your typical work process?

  28. A: If I am producing a song, I will start with a basic acoustic guitar track/scratch vocals and send file to my favorite drummer. Then add appropriate instruments to compliment the genre. Lastly add killer vocals

  29. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  30. A: I work from a small home studio. I use a Mac computer with Logic Pro X as my DAW. My favorite vocal mic is the Shure SM7B and the Slate M1 modeling microphone. I use state of the art plugins for vocal processing. I have my favorite musicians I work remotely and live with if you'd like a fully produced song.

  31. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  32. A: I am inspired by musicians young and old. I admire Shawn Colvin, John Mayer, Jason Mraz for their unique writing skills.

  33. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  34. A: I provide vocals, custom songwriting and production for my clients.

1-2 standard revisions. After that $50 per
Canceling of project after it’s been started you forfeit initial half up front for time used.
