My name is Gee Floyd, Im a rapper/songwriter from Michigan. I've been writing music for 12 years, I've worked with Grammy winning and Nominated artist, written outside of music, and I've traveled all over the country thanks to my talent and I'm here to help!

I will write, record reference(s), and send all materials for your rap and/or RnB hit! I can do hooks(chorus), verses, and bridges. I can also produce(not beats) and arrange your records. I primarily use Pro tools and GarageBand for recording and arranging. Music is often times an collaborative effort, and I want to work WITH you in creating YOUR masterpiece.

  1. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  2. A: I get to create EVERYDAY, I literally prayed for this.

  4. A: I can work with most budget but lets talk about it first, I gotta eat too!

  5. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  6. A: This is suppose to be fun, lets create the best product we can in the process.

  7. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  8. A: mic, Mac book, pre amp, bluetooth speaker, MPC(still learning it).

  9. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  10. A: I just wanted to be a rapper but as I started learning more about myself, I noticed I had more to offer than just rap. I started to explore those interest more and just fell in love with music and a whole new way.

  11. Q: How would you describe your style?

  12. A: My style is a reflection of me. Smooth beats, tough lyrics. Im also growing as a person and artist so I try to make sure that translates into the music as seamlessly as possible. I try not to force it.

  14. A: D Mile. He's been my favorite producer for a long time and I didn't even know it. He creates a very refreshing but nostalgic type of Rnb that I really appreciate.

  16. A: Don't overthink it.

  18. A: R&B and Hip-Hop

  20. A: My pen and songs concepts.

  22. A: real life experiences captured sonically. A great ear for music in general, I'll figure out how to make it sound good!

  24. A: play a beast/melody, or mess around on the keys. movie on mute, chardonanny, low light, and start humming melodies and going down memory lane.

  26. A: Rode Mic, kaotica eyeball, Scarlett pre amp, pro tools. I travel with this setup so I keep it lite.
