3. You send me the Accompaniment Track, BPM, Key and lyric sheet if it is a demo
4. I will send you an mp3 roughly mixed by me for approval.
5. Once the mp3 is approved and funds are released, I will send you a dry & lightly processed* Vocal as a high quality wav, as well as separate Vocal stems (32 bit 48kHs is my default but I can deliver to your specs)

Interview with Matthew Joseph a.k.a NovaMusic
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. I love analog sound and there's no denying that it's what we aim for, but there are so many emulations nowadays that a creative and skillful engineer can get something just as good or better in the box.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I'm presuming it doesn't have to be gear I personally own, so I'd take the Neumann MT48 Interface, Mogami Gold Cables, a set of KH 120 II monitors, a Lauten Audio Eden Microphone, and a Trinnov system for room correction (New Nova unit looks nice, but not enough reviews for me to choose it over the DMON yet).
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My primary microphone is the Lauten Audio LA-320 going the Neumann MT48 through my Mogami Gold Cables. I tend to move around a lot for work, so I have 2 pairs of headphones. Beyerdynamic 1770 Pro's (for tracking), and 1990 Pro's (for mixing). I also have a single KM 184 for secondary recording (room sound, guitar, alternate tone).
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I grew up listening to Usher, Ne-Yo, and that era of R&B but was quickly influenced by Khalid, Voctave, Pentatonix, Panic! at the Disco and the acoustic sounds of Ed Sheeran as a teen. This lead to a love of all genres and the fluid vocal approach I have today.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I most commonly work as a Topliner, Voiceover Artist, and Musical Theatre Performer. I love singing (live and in Studio) and crafting melodies/lyrics. (Although my first love is a good lyrical line with tasteful riffs)
