My name is Christine Shoshannah, I’m a vocalist, songwriter and music producer from New York. My vocals have been featured alongside Slash from Guns N' Roses, Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes, Jermaine Paul winner of The Voice, Youtube channel College Humor, artwork by Ron English and commercially on movies & major television networks worldwide. I have been writing since I was 3 years old and performing private events since I was a pre-teen. I entered the world of music for film by co-writing and performing the theme song for the 10x award winning film that won, 'Best Original Song' at Manhattan Film Festival. However, one of my most notable accomplishments was co-writing Hayley Williams’ part of the award winning, 5x platinum hit song, “Airplanes” and the Grammy nominated follow up, “Airplanes Pt. II” recorded by B.o.B, Hayley Williams of Paramour and Eminem. I was the vocalist on the original track that got picked up by Atlantic Records.
For collaborations, I retain 50% of songs I co-write unless we negotiate otherwise. Use of my name and likeness on release not permitted unless I agree to be a featured artist. A: ALWAYS make sure that your client is satisfied with the timing and production level.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Vocals of many genres, languages, commercial and pro artist's releases.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My voice, however, I'm also a multi-instrumentalist. I play a lot of the sounds in my music and otherwise produce all the rest, such as orchestral and sound design elements.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My dream studio came to life for me when I had my first multiplatinum hit song. It was then that I purchased about $20k worth of gear for my vocal chain and apple mac setup. I upgraded my mac pro tower myself to have a snake hard wired into the back via PCIE. All of my plugins are quality buys and I take pride in my Neumann M149 microphone which is used by the industry's finest!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I've always been inspired by Timbaland for the way his sounds are unique and his productions are original for every project he creates. I strive to do the best with what I have at that time which is something he talked about.
