  1. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  2. A: Honestly any dope artist with talent. But as far as accomplished artist I’ll have to say, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Drake, Travis Scott, Summer Walker, NBA Young boy.and J Cole. There all Super Dope Artist capable of destroying any Producers beat.

  3. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  4. A: Hip-Hop , Pop, R&B, and Jazz

  5. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  6. A: Chris Lord-Alge, Timberland, Jay-Z, Dr DRE, Scott Storch, Justin Timberlake and Rick Ross, Drake, Lil Wayne

  7. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  8. A: Creating music of course! but also collaborating with other artist/musicians!

  9. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  10. A: They wanna know how I learned to make music? my answer is simple, I started young, I practice, i study and i research.

  11. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  12. A: What are your expectations for your music/project. And can i share some of my ideas and experience's with them.

  13. Q: How would you describe your style?

  14. A: Hip-Hop mixed with a touch of r&b flavor

  15. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  16. A: I Produced and Co-engineered a song entitled "Pump, pump" for "GRAMMY AWARD WINING" rap group "Bone Thugs-N-Harmony" on their final studio album as a group entitled (Thug World Order) which peaked number# 3 on Billboard Charts. The album also featured the late great Easy E, and the legendary Phil Collins.

  17. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  18. A: Currently recording and mixing songs for a very talented new artist who calls himself "Gohan the "Supreme Kai" I'm also in the studio with another new hot rapper "Bad Xanny" DROPPING SOON!

  19. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  20. A: Not at the present moment

  21. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  22. A: Analog! It just feels and sounds so much warmer than digital to me with more headroom. Also the bass is more present which is very important for my genre of music.

  23. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  24. A: I will work till the job is complete from start to finish.

  25. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  26. A: That making music is not a real job.

  27. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  28. A: Try and hire someone thats dedicated, passionate, definitely professional and willing to get the job done regardless how long it takes.

  29. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  30. A: Snare, Tamborine, Shaker, Acoustic guitar, Congos

  31. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  32. A: I Performed in a few talent shows, then got my first drum machine (SP 1200), After which I produced a few demos for a couple local artist. After that I got an opportunity to produce 2 records for a rap artist who goes by the name of "Trick Daddy Dollars" for his debut album entitled Based on a True Story.

  33. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  34. A: Don't over produce your music. Leave space for the artist.

  35. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  36. A: Wow that’s a tough question. I would have to say….Technical skill.

  37. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  38. A: Experience, energy and creativity.

  39. Q: What's your typical work process?

  40. A: If it's a mix I'll listen to the song several times to see what I'm hearing the song needs. If I'm composing I'll start out looking for a sound that inspires me.

  41. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  42. A: My studio is acoustically treated by Gik Acoustics, set up primarily for mixing and production, but can be quickly transformed to record vocals or acoustic guitar using a Neumann u87 microphone with my portable iso booth from Gik acoustics. As my centre piece I'm using the "SSL Big Six Mixer" for recording and summing, a pair of Genelec and KRK's for monitors, all powered by a mac computer with pro tools for my DAW.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: Composing, mixing and assisting with post production as it pertains too engineering, mastering and arranging an entire project completion.
