Endorse N1StudioThe day that our paths with n1studio crossed was the day that my music transformed from a piece of art into a masterpiece. Two months later, we had already completed two amazing projects and were working on my future ones. If you've been making music for years and still haven't felt goosebumps listening to your own tracks, I highly recommend contacting him. The results will come immediately. Thank God! 🙏🔥💙

Interview with N1Studio
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital because we live in the digital age. Analog is tremendously good but it is in the past and that's a fact.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: You are gonna be happy with the end product!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The smile, the blessing of hearing someone happy. Imagine first in tears seeing your "child" the song growing up beautiful like you never dream of. That's a blessing, not a job.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: When its gonna be ready? When did you like to be? I can make it for a day. For three days. For week. For month. For year. How much you can afford it?
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That there is a magic trick. Nope, there is hard work only. Hours after hours after hours. You are not gonna hear a hit on the radio which is made for an hour and a half.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Will you send me tracks separated?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Build an relationship Share your thoughts
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: An artist who was pissed off because of a lack of professionalism in the mixing and mastering stage so I was pushed to the point that I start to do it by myself. 2005 I started my journey and I am more passionate than ever!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Aggressive most of the time.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Eminem - Because he is the "Rap God" ;) and I don't like how they make him sound these days.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Finding the right frequency distribution along the mix is what makes you stand among others!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip-hop Trap Rap
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Mastering
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Live Smile Breath
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: 1. Levelling - bring all the levels in a way that nothing is clipping and I have enough headroom 2. Editing - Cleaning the vocals, timing, declick, decrackle, volume balancing 3. Static mix - Balance everything with volume faders if needed automation and panning. Top to bottom method via master bus compressor engaged 4. Special FX - adding delays, reverbs, doublers, phasers, modulation, New York type compressions, compressors, deesing, saturation, exiters and everything that fits the project. Here is the time when specific wishes of the client are gonna be appreciated. 5. Final automation 6. Mastering
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Really powerful PC with 12 Gen i9 processor UAD Apollo Twin X Adam a77x
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Dan Worrall Luca Pretolesi Jaycen Joshua
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I am focusing on mixing and mastering only. No recordings are available even though I have Rode NT 1 for emergency cases. Mixing and mastering is my world, especially mastering itself. Fine-tuning is something that I am really good at. I trust my speakers more than anything because everything translates in the clubs exactly as I hear it in the studio environment.
I was the mixing and mastering engineer in this production
Usually, I do revisions until you are happy with the end product. Turnaround time from 5 to 7 days depends on the project. If there are some serious issues it could take even longer.
