CHSN (Chosen) on SoundBetter

Looking for an experienced and passionate pianist with over 10+ years of experience? How about a nominated positive & influential rap artist? I am an accomplished pianist with experience in Gospel, CCM, Soft Rock, R&B & Hip Hop. I have also released two Christian Hip-Hop albums.

CHSN (Chosen) is a critically acclaimed musician, nominated recording/performing artist and producer based in the DMV. He has collaborated and partnered with organizations such as FCA Baltimore, The Cave Inc., Nazarene Baptist Church, and Compassion Commission. CHSN is on a mission to share the gospel through music and media. He founded God or Nothing Entertainment in 2017 which consists of a stellar team of award winning artists.

Need an emotional piano for a new song, cover song or even just for backing? I'll add it to your track!

I have over 15+ years of experience as a musician/director/band leader and rapper. I can give you that feel that you're looking for! I started classically trained, afterwards I ventured into gospel. I have background in R&B, Hip Hop and Contemporary Christian music. I love giving music that emotional feeling that brings out the best in a song.

My aim as a pianist/artist/producer is to bring positive music that uplifts and encourages the listener. While I believe every artist has a right to express themselves, I do not collaborate with projects that are explicit ie: has cursing, talks about drugs, sex and alcohol and/or degrades another human beings worth.

Let's talk about your project today and get you that sound you're looking for!

This man of God has a creative ear for music. I have worked with him on my first 5 projects and was completely blown away with his creativity.
From tracks that required multiple voices on a chorus, all way down to how the song fades out, this man knows what he hears ! I have watched him personally grow in engineering throughout my first 5 projects and his skill sets seem to improve with every song he works on. There’s the gift, and then there’s the anointing. This brother is anointed !

We've done a few songs together, and I always leave with the feeling that the music we've made is going to transform someone's life! He's also helped me on a number of my mixes. Can't overstate how knowledgeable this guy is. Looking forward to working with him again and again.

I have worked with CHSN for years on various songs and projects and his work has been beyond stellar. Most recently I collaborated with him on making the "God is Greater Than Album" in which he produced many of the tracks as well as mixed and mastered the album that came out sounding great and is picking up a lot of traction. One thing about CHSN is that he does not settle for mediocrity and will put the necessary work in to make sure the quality of music is top notch.

Collaborated with Chosen on a song titled God Did. It was a remix which included myself and several other artist. The song can be found at dreezmusic.com. He did an outstanding job with his verse. He sent his verse and a reference verse so I could get a feel for how he wanted it mixed. I was able to work with him to get the verse to sound exactly how he wanted. Song was great and his professionalism and unique approach was a pleasure to experience.
