I started self taught, spent 5 years in my room, all day, every day, making beats. Then that turned into meeting people with more experience than me, them showing me more tricks, and led me to working with local and underground artists.
I am a perfectionist, I care deeply about any piece of art that I touch, and I seem to excel at mixing and mastering songs for other artists of hip-hop, rock, and EDM genres. But I don't look at genres when making or working on music. I just know what feels right.
Under optimal conditions, I can get something done in less than an hour. But I'll take a day or two to make sure it's refined and the best quality it can be.
