Nick is an incredibly talented and versatile guitarist and an all around great guy to work with. His dynamic and melodic playing style can really elevate any rock or blues production. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Brian Fisher is a fantastic with mixing, mastering, and music production as a whole.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I've tried digital (through the Helix LT) and it definitely had its benefits, but I'm an analog guy. I've spent a good bit of money in order to have all that I need to get that classic "Strat tone". At the end of the day, analog gives a richness and warmth that digital can't seem to recreate.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Blues and rock are definitely my go-to, but I can create something for most any other genre as well (country, pop, etc).
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I listen to the song a few times until I hear clearly in my head what I want to do, then work at it until I feel that what was in my head is out on the recording.
