Hi!

I'm Rory, a Film Composer.

I have worked on various projects including feature length films like 'Alone Together' and 'Far and Away.' As well as shorts, TV dramas and documentaries. My work has been shown in many Film festivals including Beyond the Short, Daily Short Pick, San Diego Film Festival, Andromeda Film festival, Retrospective of Jupiter, and many more.

My Music has also been showcased on many TV Networks including BBC1 (UK), BBC2 (UK), Channel 4 (UK), TV Norge (Norway) and VOX TV (Germany).

I have also won awards for my music to film, including the "Outstanding Achievement award for original score" at the IndieX Film Fest 2022.

I compose quickly and to a high quality. I use top of the line software to create my compositions so the sound of the recordings will be of the best quality. I also use top of the line VST Plugins such from Spitfire Audio/ Cinesamples and Orchestral Tools which allows me to get as close to a proper studio recording as I possibly can.

The best feeling is when the producer/director feels that their film has finally come together with the music now being there.

I can compose in any style you would like me to. Whether it be from heart thumping electronic synth, emotional piano to a Full Orchestra.
