I am a chilean musician, from the city of Pucón, in the south of Chile.
I start playing guitar at age 10 and then I learned to play the bass guitar, listening mostly rock prog legends, such as Geddy Lee from Rush, Chris Squire from Yes, Mike Rutherford, from Genesis, and many others from the prog rock scene of the 70´s and 80´s.

I played in many bands throughout my 30-year career, and participated as a session player in several projects, which gave me the opportunity to learn from many others, and know how to make a good musical production, simply and without so many resources, only using key tools to achieve a good sound.
Nowadays, I produce music and record multi instruments for other artists and for my family project, Kafod, where my wife, Paula, and our son, Juan Salvador, participate on keyboards and drums, respectively. They help me in recording the instruments that I am not so familiar with, so I have the sessions musicians at home and we work as a family band team, recording and producing for us and also others, in our home studio.

I specialize in rock, pop, folk, prog, and producing remotely, which I learned during the pandemic, and where I produced for the first time, an album of 10 songs in 3 months, externally and remotely between South America and Asia, as well as an EP for another artist. from our catalogue.
