I'm a professional studio guitarist and composer able to work in virtually any style from Country to Soul, Rock to Folk. I compose production music for BMG International and my session clients have included everyone from Amazon Prime film studios to Fashion House Balenciaga. Working as a composer for film and TV means I've learned to play for the song and that's the approach I'll bring to your music - unless you want something flashy!

I work from my professional home studio using gear from API, Chandler, Pultec and more to get you the best analogue sound possible. Mics are Soyuz and DPA. Guitars are Fender Custom Shop electrics and Martin Custom Shop acoustics and wait until you hear my 1919 Gibson mandolin! Amps are handwired Vox and Lazy J or if you prefer digital I use a Line 6 Helix. I started my career in 2003 when I was awarded Guitarist Magazine's Acoustic Guitarist of The Year and for the past 20 years I've been the acoustic guitar columnist for Guitar Techniques magazine.
