Interview with BrandonCrawford aka ShaddowLaw
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: The Biggest misconception of me is that I only make or work on hip-hop music only. I work on a wide variety of music Genres not only Hip-Hop.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What kind of music do you listen to? (Genre) How long have you been doing music both professionally and non-professional? What are their expectations for the song mixing, mastering, and arranging. What's Their Budget? I like to work with my clients and see what's the most reasonable agreement we can come to as far as finances go. Do you see yourself doing music in 20 years?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't Be Afraid to ask me things about songs or to ask for certain aspects of the song you want emphasized. I look at the process as a collaborative process and the more I know about specific the better I can deliver accurately.

Honestly I pride myself on using them as a team like "salt & pepper" they work well together. With a combination of both analog and digital I'm able to bridge the gap between the old and the new creating a sound well deserved to the music Industry.
