I am well versed on both the electric and upright bass, and have a proven track record of providing the foundation for everything from rock, pop, country, jazz, bluegrass, Motown, R&B, and funk. I will bring exactly what you want.
Graduating from Trevecca in Nashville TN in 2018 with a double in Music Performance and Music Composition, I have been a working musician around the country. People generally hire me because I am a listener, not a show off. I have chops but I know that is not always what is necessary or wanted. People hire me because I find the pocket and stay there. I find the feel, and I give it to them. I will never over play, although you will often hear me throw in various licks and riffs if it is tasteful to do so.
I do electric and upright bass, whichever is preferred by you. My versatility is something I am quite proud of in terms of genres, and if I am asked to play one I am not as familiar with I will often listen to hours of examples before I play a note on stage or in the studio. I am a collaborator and I am not happy unless you are. I am very easy to work with, and do not allow ego to have any place in my work.
