Andrea Marchesino on SoundBetter

I'm a "meticcio" guitarist, between classical and modern studies I have developped techniques and skills to improve my sounds and my groove.

Born in 1995, Andrea got his classical diploma at the Conservatorio Umberto Giordano di Foggia, but his passions are jazz and world music. In 2016 he moved to The Canaries Islands, where he played in two projects: "yQuè duet", guitar and saxophone, jazz (Alba Gil Aceytuno) and solo with loop station with world music. As a lover of Brasilian music he founded "Big Batucada Band" composed with 28 elements, which he is director and arranger. In 2019 he started a collaboration with the famous saxophonist Daniele Sepe, recording his last album. In 2020 he released an album composed during the lockdown, with many masterful musicians from all over the world. For two years now Andrea has been working at full speed as arranger for his record label "Controra Records" of the group "MID SIDE aps". He has worked on several productions record companies as a musician and arranger. At the moment he is in production on Marta dell'Anno new album of the year, with which he collaborates for more than five years.
