Nico Koufakis is a professional multi-instrumentalist musician from Spain; he started working with independent artists and bands (and he still does), as a mixing and mastering engineer, producer and session guitar and bass player. He has played tons of national shows with different bands, going from classic English/American rock to acoustic duets, Spanish pop, Argentinian rock, etc.
He's known from his versatility, not only in terms of genres, but also for the variety of services he offers; he's an advanced guitar player, a very creative producer and songwriter, and an experienced mixing and mastering engineer.
Nico has formal music education in music harmony and theory, guitar and piano, and he plays bass and drums as well. He now moved out to Madrid to finally open his own music studio, called Xtsy Studios (website is on the way).
He's starting to focus in his artist career as well; Nico Koufakis will be releasing his debut EP very shortly, mixing a little bit of modern rock, pop, and modern metal(core), creating his own unique personal sound.
