KKonde

Latin Songwriter & Producer

KKonde on SoundBetter

I will write, compose, arrange and produce your next latin spanish urban hit song. I'm focused in latin urban genres like reggaeton, latin trap, hip-hop, R&B, EDM, dominican dembow and others.

I'm a music producer and songwriter from Venezuela. I'm studying Sound Engineering and Music Production at Audioplace Academy, one of the AES (Audio Engineering Society) academies on the world.

I produce music since I'm 15 years old, so I have some judgement and I developed high standards in what's related with the music quality and that it sounds unique.

When contacting me, make sure to include:

— The instrumental or the demo you have (not matter how raw it is, I want to know what is your idea and help you to make it a real hit song).

— Instructions for what you need in that idea.

What I can do for you:

— Your songwriter
— Your producer/beatmaker

I'm pretty flexible with the reviews, I want that you got exactly the song that you need.

Interview with KKonde

  1. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  2. A: I will make the best I can for your song, I love this and I'm very proud of my job, so I'll try to make our songs fantastic.

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: I really enjoy it, and the feeling when you receive a message from someone that is living a situation like the one in the song is AMAZING.

  5. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  6. A: What is your goal with this song? Do you have special feeling with this?

  7. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  8. A: I really would love to work with Feid, he has a story that I really admire, he came from making beats and song for others and now he and his friends like Sky Rompiendo are still togheter. They are more than a team, they are really friends, and that's amazing.

  9. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  10. A: The best production tipe that I can give to anyone is: "less is more", in the most part of the times you DON'T NEED to put 99 instruments on the song, if it sounds good, is enough.

  11. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  12. A: I usually work on latin urban music, since kid is the type of music that you can hear in every corner in my country, so, it's like I have in my blood the instructions to make a incredible reggaetón/latin song.

  13. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  14. A: I'm very fast in the songwriting, once the idea is in my head, it's pretty easy to make a full song.

  15. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  16. A: I think that my main contribution to a song is that I always try to make a great interpretation, the instruments and the vocals have to feel alive, co-existing and vibrating with each other, every instrument or the less important thing that is present in a song has to be there with a purpose. I'm a bit obsessive with the arrange of the song, it's one of the most important factors that decide if someone will listen or not to the song, so I put special attention in that.

  17. Q: What's your typical work process?

  18. A: Every day after my morning routine, I open my DAW and try to work in some idea. Some times I have a clear song idea, other times I just create melodies and let them to take me wherever they want.

  19. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  20. A: I have a Behringer UM-2 Audio Interface, Shure PG27 Condenser Microphone and Sennheiser HD202 studio Headphones. I don't use monitors.

  21. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  22. A: Tainy, Feid, Alvaro Diaz, KHEA, Duki, Bizarrap, Luny Tunes, Musicologo & Menes, ICON, The Rudeboyz, Tego Calderón and much others.

  23. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  24. A: I usually help to take an idea and make it a real song, they come to me with some chords and the topic they want to sing about and I make rest of the job.
