Hi! Welcome to my Soundbetter profile, I'm André from Portugal.

I'm a recording, mixing and mastering sound engineer. Have been doing so since 2014, after I got my Bachelor's Degree.
Since then I've been doing some studio work as a freelancer, recording, mixing and mastering several projects along the way, always going one step beyond.

On 2019/2020 I've been sharpening my skills by doing the Studio Engineering course at the amazing studios at Arda Recorders, one of the finest in Portugal, where I had the chance to use the highest quality gear, either for recording, mixing and mastering.

I'm here to take your audio one step above.

I can:
- Edit tracks - remove noises like hiss, rumble, etc; time and pitch correction; vocal tuning, etc.
- Mix your songs - I'll take your tracks and make a professional sounding mix.
- Mastering - I'll master your song and make it sound radio ready, either if I mixed the song your someone else did.

I'm a big believer that the mix can make or break a song. That said, I always try to find the best approach that fits the genre the best, whatever it may be. Every project is different, and I treat it as such, so expect me to fully commit to it, without using pre-made templates or any of the sort.
