Doctoral of flute, saxophonist, clarinetist, arranger, and recording engineer. I can do a lot, and most of it well.

I am a seasoned flutist and woodwind doubler who has been performing professionally for over two decades. DMA, MM, & BA, I've studied flute with Nicole Esposito and Immanuel Davis, saxophone with the late great Dr. Eugene Rousseau, and clarinet with Jorge Montilla. I have become somewhat of a 'low flute' specialist (think members of the family who play the larger flutes you don't often see in a band or orchestra) and played 3rd in the 2025 National Flute Association's Low Flute Artist competition. I have toured nationally as a pit musician, played in symphonies, and served in the US Army as a musician. I'm an experienced recording engineer and worked in live sound while in the army. I transcribe and arrange prolifically, with arrangements having been performed by The US Army Band and the members of the Gay Men's Chorus of Washington to name a few.

I work as a freelance recording engineer, mostly in the classical realm. Recording/live-streaming recitals, music for release, audition reels, and the like. I've built up a fair bit of skills and a growing collection of microphones that have served me well. I have the ability to record with different mics simultaneously to allow you to choose the sound that fits best within the mix.
